Great service and Fred made sure everything was done and got me a car wash also. I went back a couple of days later with 2 cross bars for a cargo rack and Fred and 1 of the parts guys put them on for me. Really nice guys.
These guys were outstanding! From start to finish! Everything from test driving to financing went super smooth and hassle free. Everybody was so passionate about the Jeep company and it really showed in our experience there. Preston, Terry, Amanda, and Irvin all did their part on making sure we were fully satisfied in our new car.
The visit was not much big a deal. Had to replace four tires. But I got to say my first experience here was very delightful, especially when Javier helped me out from the start to the end. He was very courteous to us. And! The place is very clean.
Went in for my first Jeep service. I was greeted by Terry, the service manager. Although it was not his job to take care of his customers, he took care of me and offered excellent service and made me feel like a welcomed customer. I will definitely be back.
I've owned Dodge and Jeep vehicles for a looonnnggg time.. I came in because I had a trade in offer and wanted to see my options. I hate with a passion going to dealerships because let's face it...most are extremely sexist. HOWEVER this place was great, Sebastian was professional, cut all the BS so I got the hard facts about my trade in and new car.

They even washed my car which was not expected, but needed. I will definitely be taking my car here again for future services.

I took my vehicle to Monrovia Chrysler because Bravo Chrysler in Alhambra could not resolve the many problems I had with my vehicle. Wendell, the service writer at Monrovia Chrysler, was very professional, detail-oriented, customer service friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the extra time to meticulously troubleshoot the multiple intermittent problems. Wendell wore a mask the entire time, complying with all COVID-19 health regulations. When I picked up my vehicle, Wendell did a courtesy wash and thanked me for my business. It feels good to be treated well and it's nice to be appreciated for your business. I highly recommend taking your car to Monrovia Chrysler, especially under Wendell's care.

So... I came here about 2 weeks ago cause a truck caught my attention. So I pulled in to see if I can get info on it. Oscar approach me with great customer service and answer all my question.. I told him that's the car I want and was too busy to start the process right there and then, so I gave him my number and I told him I will follow up on contacting him also.. so a week passed and he call asking if I was still interested. I told him yes I am but was too busy at to even drive up there since I live in Los Angeles (Downtown L.A ) the most I love about Oscar is that he did not pressure me or kept bugging me about the truck, it took on phone call and that was it.. I filled up my application online. I called him and told him I did, he said he will call me back to let me know the details. So he did... he told me the numbers and I ask him " are those the numbers out the door" he said yes! So I was on my way.. and the service provided by him was outstanding. As you can see... I drove off with this beauty! Thanks to Oscar and everyone at Sierra Chrysler..

I recently purchased a Jeep Patriot at a different dealership and did not have the best experience. My boyfriend was interested in the Jeep Grand Cherokee so we came to Sierra instead of where I bought my jeep. We saw two cars and both were exactly what he was looking for. We were greeted by a salesman named Franco. He was very friendly and asked us if we wanted to test drive. He quickly came back with the keys and we drove around the block. He gave us the details about the car and asked us what we were wanting and needing in buying the vehicle. He was very in tune to our needs and made us feel like he really cared rather than just making money. His humor and caring attitude made our car buying experience exactly what it should be-easy and exciting! He passed us on to the manager, Michael. Michal was efficient in getting us quotes and getting the numbers more aligned with our budget. The finance guy Bob was hilarious and went the extra mile to throw in a trunk utility mat for my jeep! Overall the experience was amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone!
Just bought a car his weekend and had a great experience. I had found a car they had advertised and was hoping to walk out with it. Unfortunately, it was sold already. However, Al Apa was able to find comparable autos for me and found one that suited my needs perfectly. Martin Lopez was also great in helping me finance the car and without all the gimmicks other dealers put you through. I would definitely recommend them (esp these guys that i mentioned).

I normally do not like going to car dealerships because the are all so pushy and eager for a sale. I have to say that when my husband and I went to Sierra Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Monrovia it was nice. Just bought a car his weekend and had a great experience. I had found a car they had advertised and was hoping to walk out with it. Unfortunately, it was sold already. However, Al Apa was able to find comparable autos for me and found one that suited my needs perfectly. Martin Lopez was also great in helping me finance the car and without all the gimmicks other dealers put you through. I would definitely recommend them (esp these guys that i mentioned).
I recently purchased a Jeep Patriot at a different dealership and did not have the best experience. My boyfriend was interested in the Jeep Grand Cherokee so we came to Sierra instead of where I bought my jeep. We saw two cars and both were exactly what he was looking for. We were greeted by a salesman named Franco. He was very friendly and asked us if we wanted to test drive. He quickly came back with the keys and we drove around the block. He gave us the details about the car and asked us what we were wanting and needing in buying the vehicle. He was very in tune to our needs and made us feel like he really cared rather than just making money. His humor and caring attitude made our car buying experience exactly what it should be-easy and exciting! He passed us on to the manager, Michael. Michal was efficient in getting us quotes and getting the numbers more aligned with our budget. The finance guy Bob was hilarious and went the extra mile to throw in a trunk utility mat for my jeep! Overall the experience was amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone!

So... I came here about 2 weeks ago cause a truck caught my attention. So I pulled in to see if I can get info on it. Oscar approach me with great customer service and answer all my question.. I told him that's the car I want and was too busy to start the process right there and then, so I gave him my number and I told him I will follow up on contacting him also.. so a week passed and he call asking if I was still interested. I told him yes I am but was too busy at to even drive up there since I live in Los Angeles (Downtown L.A ) the most I love about Oscar is that he did not pressure me or kept bugging me about the truck, it took on phone call and that was it.. I filled up my application online. I called him and told him I did, he said he will call me back to let me know the details. So he did... he told me the numbers and I ask him " are those the numbers out the door" he said yes! So I was on my way.. and the service provided by him was outstanding. As you can see... I drove off with this beauty! Thanks to Oscar and everyone at Sierra Chrysler..

My experience so far from their service center here has been very good. I met all the guys there from David, Fred to Mike to Reggie who drove me back and forth and all were very polite and helpful. I did a drop-off recently for some leaks, scheduled service and additional diagnostics and everything went smoothly and my confidence to my vehicle is back. If I may recommend, going there on a Monday-Tuesday it's better because it's slower and the mechanics will spend more time with your car. Overall - very satisfied. Thank you guys.
